Stay - Luffy/Zoro
I decided to stop lurking and give this thing a try. :P
Title: Stay
Rating: G - I'm so tame. :D
Word Count: 100 exactly! Woo!
Pairing: Luffy/Zoro
Apologies for the fangirl Japanese, it just fit better that way.
“Na, Zoro?”
“What is it, Luffy?”
Luffy turned oddly solemn eyes onto his dozing friend.
“When you’re the best swordsman, you won’t leave, will you?”
Zoro shifted. “Maybe. I haven’t thought about it.”
Luffy fell off his perch, crawling to his second. “I don’t want you to leave. Ever. Promise you won’t.”
Zoro’s eyes opened. “That’s a big promise, Luffy. What if I want to settle down?” he joked. Luffy missed it.
“You won’t. You’re you. Stay with me.”
“Why?”
Luffy pouted, the answer obvious. “Because you’re Zoro. Luffy needs Zoro.”
The swordsman’s eyes softened. “Ja, I’ll stay, Luffy. Yakusoku.”
