Word Count: 300 EVEN BABY
Pairing: Sanji/The Sea, Zoro/Sanji

Notes: First entry here. *waves* I was waiting around for a prompt I could write. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with the "sand" prompt, but then Sanji wouldn't shut up about the sea... Anyway, enjoy.

It Gets In Places You Didn't Know You Had

Sanji loved the sea. The cloud-capped waves, the crowds of fish, the free-fall of adventure: he savored everything. During his daytime watches, he smoked and let his eyes drink in a sight more flavorful than the most expensive wine. Even as his conscience chided him, Sanji looked forward to when one of his devil fruit-user crew mates fell overboard, just for the chance to dive into Mother Sea after them without seeming strange. Subtle as he thought he was, Zoro noticed his feet itching to leap over the railing.

Every time they met in a clash of curses and blows that came too close to foreplay, Sanji expected a snide comment how he'd probably rather "pour his love" into the sea than into some woman, but Zoro kept silent. (Though, if he ever did open his mouth, Sanji had already prepared a disdainful speech and plan for showing Zoro just where he preferred to "pour his love".)

Nevertheless, his love of the sea was so great that he knew he would never be satisfied living on land. AS much as he enjoyed overnighting in some port, his legs would always lead him back to the sea come morning. Or if he were particularly drunk, that night. And that was where Zoro took advantage of his knowledge. Waist-deep in Mother Sea, sloshing his way back to the Sunny with a quarter-moon overhead, Sanji suddenly found teeth on his neck and hot, calloused hands on his water-cool skin. Familiar as the touch was, it had never felt anything like this. Water all around, head swaying with the waves from too much wine, Sanji tilted his head back and let Zoro take him over.

He may have loved the sea, but from that day he and his thighs hated beaches and their sand with a passion.
