When someone announces the new topic you have one week to write on that topic to be eligible for the Sunday judging. If that person chooses you as the winner you should post a new topic ASAP and be ready to announce a winner for that week on that next sunday (not the same person who gave you the win though unless there is no other choice.)
SO! Sundays are the big swap over day.
