Notes: This is a paragraph or so from a longer story I'm working on. I think it'd fit under howl, it may not. I'll leave that up to the mods and judge. I'd love some feedback on it either way, if anyone feels like giving some. Warnings for this are pretty much AU and werewolves, yay. xD
 I actually do have another idea in mind for howl that I'll try to post before the weekend is over, since this is sort of a spur of the minute post thing.

 

It was burning and it hurt and the blood... Why was there so much? Over him, dripping to the ground and those … Those talons where his Master's fingers should be. In the sterling luminescence of the full moon above them, his alabaster skin usually glowed. Now it seemed to be covered with a fine silken growth of shadow and those eyes. Golden, sharp, seemed to look through Zoro rather then fondly upon him. He stumbled back, question dying on his lips before his tongue could force them out.

 

“Leave!” It was a bark, whine, order from Mihawk and Zoro hesitated, reaching out.

 

“I will tend...” His voice had deepened, somehow and it froze the other man on the spot. “I will tend to your wounds when I return. Now GO.” It came out much like a roar and he almost didn't catch the whispered please as he whirled about, away from whatever Mihawk was becoming...

 

 

What he would soon become himself.

YAY! Thanks for writing an entry this week! Nice drabble too! I had a werewolf thought too...may do it tonight, we'll see. ANYWHOOOOOO! Just wanted to poke you and say you have some HTML fail happening. Perhaps you wrote it all in rich text format? Anywho! A fix would be appreciated.

I did and had to fiddle with the rich text editor.

I probably should have put it into notepad and pasted from there. u_u I hope it's fixed now. I was probably in the middle of editing when you posted because I took a look after not doing the preview and went *&*(&(& sorta. xD
