“Noooooo!! Don't die Sanji! Pleeeaaaase!” wailed a distraught Luffy.
“Luffy, Sanji-kun's...” Nami started to say.
Luffy cried harder.
“Who'll make me tonight's dinner!?!?”
“As I was saying, Sanji-kun's just sleeping! Must've gotten hit with this drugged needle.”
The crew (sans Sanji) had returned from town to find the ship being raided by bandits. The bandits (hulking specimens of hairy flesh in too-tight shirts and pants) ran off carrying some loot. Zoro and Usopp (to help Zoro with directions) pursued them and had yet to return.
“Oh, the bandits left a bundle and a note.”
“W-what's it say?” Luffy sniffled.
“It says:
'Dear pirates,
You may be surprised that one of your crew is down, but don't worry, we only hit him with a sleeping drug. Since we're nice, we'll tell you the antidote. Just give him one kiss-"
“That's all!? Sanji, wake up and make me food!” *SMOOCH*
...
“Why isn't he waking up?”
“I wasn't finished reading.
'...one kissling fruit and he’ll wake up with no side-effects.

Nami dropped the note and unwrapped the small bundle.
The fruit looked similar to two differently-shaded peaches fused together, with the fused edges raised up into ridges of slightly darker shades.
“Whoa, looks like two open mouths mashed together! Wonder what it tastes like?”
“There's only one and Sanji-kun needs to eat it all. You want him awake, right?”
Luffy seriously started contemplating whether to try out the fruit or not.
Nami shook her head at the stupidity of it all. Now, how to get Sanji to eat the fruit?
“Eureka!” Nami quickly rushed out, returned with a camera, and explained her plan.
“Sanji-kun can't chew the fruit, so it's up to you, Luffy, to chew it and give it to him mouth-to-mouth. Now get to work!”

Hahaha! Sorry about the title. I couldn't think up of anything good, so I went for shocking first impressions, instead.
