Sometimes, Usopp was a hero.
On those occasions he was fearless and daring, like the time he beat it out of Arlong Gangs Chu.
He was selfless and magnanimous, like the time he faced Kuro and stood up for his hometown, risking his own life.
He was a death-defying daredevil, like the time he battled CP9, side by side with his nakama.
Yes, sometimes Usopp was a hero of that kind, venturesome with romance, golden sunsets and all.
And sometimes, Usopp was the hero of the crew when he dashed across the deck, shouting "I got Zoros underwear!", waving a bright green and pink pair of boxers around like a peculiar flag.
Usopp took the subsequent punishment - delivered by an all too evil-smirking Zoro - like a man.
