Dec. 26th, 2004 11:28 pm[This is
kinbu posting from Jess's account... because it seems the cluster my account it on is down at the moment. Anywho.]
First of all, great job everyone on all the entries. .n_n. The holiday spirit was great -- so many well-written stories filled with nakamaship. Awesome.
Needless to say, it was quite a challenge picking out a winner... in the end though,
mei_yanohi's 'Miracle' really stood out to me. I fell immediately in love with the whole concept of it. And I thought it was very well executed, particularly for a concept that I know I would have a *terrible* time trying to keep under 300 words. I especially loved the role that Luffy's candle played in it. Just lovely.
So, Mei, what would you like me to draw for you? n_n Pairing, scene, illustration from a particular drabble? Whatever you want.
Thanks again to everyone for participating in this theme. It was great. I hope everyone had a great holiday season and has a happy new year.

Oh gosh... what to pick... How about an UsoSan... just a sweet, warm little kiss in the kitchen. <3 That would be lovely.

Date: 2004-12-27 09:43 pm (UTC)You still can. How 'bout someone challenges Sanji to show his whole face or something?
Sorry, but as the person who won last week's challenge and got to pick this week's topic, your comment kind of bothers me.

Date: 2004-12-27 11:13 pm (UTC)I know. But... well, I kinda felt like it'd be better if I expressed myself then let it fester. Then you could say your piece (peace?), and it'd be out in the open and over with.
So, no hard feelings. ^_^
(hugs cheetahgurl)
"Shebang-bang"...?
Cool.
Ah ok.
Is there any reason you can't write it anyway? I mean, if you wanna wait till "What's up with Sanji's eye?" is the actual challenge (and I think it's a good idea), I can understand, but there's o reason you can't write it at any time, ne?

Ah, ok. ^_^
