Another one...look! Luffy and Usopp!

notes: Another drabble late...just for fun of course, mostly to prove I did write some and was just too lazy to make the deadline. Hope I am not messing Robin up too much since I've only seen a tiny bit of her.
“Hey! Luffy! Come back here!”
Robin looked up from her book to the ensuing commotion as Usopp chased after their captain, who showed no signs of slowing.
“No! All you wanna do is kiss! It's time for meat!”
“You always say that! It's not fair! You should do things I wanna do too, I am the captain!”
Luffy frowned as if Usopp were truly claiming the ship as his own.
“No! I'm the captain!”
“I am!” Usopp cried happily seeing hopes that Luffy might stop bounding around in order to argue.
“I AM!”
“Then you should keep your crewmates desires in mind in your decisions!” Responded Usopp in a very sagely voice, keeping one eye open and fixed on his prey as the charade played out. Sure enough the logic slowed Luffy down to a near stop. Usopp pounced just as Luffy leapt away with a laugh.
“Ya! But Captain gets final say!”
“Oh for petes' sake, Usopp! You're a pirate! Just take what you want!” Robin admonished as she extended her powers to grow arms from the mast behind Luffy and grabbed him tightly.
Usopp smiled widely and walked up to Luffy and kissed him long and hard on the mouth. Luffy frowned as the kiss was broken, his appetite turning from meat to something else entirely in those few seconds.
Usopp started to remove Luffys pants and Robins several arms disappeared.
“On second thought, a pirate also needs to be able to earn his booty by himself.” Robin replied as she headed into the kitchen.
Luffy smiled and leapt away, a little slower this time. Usopp rolled up his sleeves seriously. Why was he hesitating? He was by far the fastest runner when need be. He would be catching Luffy in under a second...
