No drab, just an idea?

Yeah nothing to do with drabs... so I'm sorry ^^ but I had an idea I dunno if any one thought of it before.. but as I see it the person who set the topic before hand choses a winner right? as fun as making drabs are would be nice to have a little bit to show for it? like... the winner gets a small banner/icon thing that says like -person- won frist place in -topic- drabble and have the coms name on it.. so people can have it in their use bios.

Shows they won and also pimps out the com a little.. yeah it's 3am here so please don't burn me at the stake ^^;

My friend made a com like this once kinda just total dif theme and fandom and someone gave him the idea and it seemed pretty fun.

Don't feel ganged up on. n_n Your suggestions are much appriciated. Let's put it this way -- anyone who is choosing the winner for that week is perfectly welcome to offer a secondary prize if they like. No rules against that, by any means. (I offered artwork for the Christmas theme... which I still have to deliver ahaha... ::sucks:: )

I think it would be a more useful idea if the contest weren't so often. Like, if it were monthly. Besides, the community here isn't quite so much about competition as it is creativity -- it's less about winning and more about sharing.

Eh. Banners take up space, if anyone uses them — not to mention we generally have the same group of people posting here, and it's not a big group, so those banners would pile up on certain people really fast.

But it's a nice idea.

I think it's a rather interesting idea. I like getting/doing pointless things now and then. So don't feel bad it's a cute idea even if it doesn't come to pass
