AN: I own nothing as always..
Carrot sat on the fence his elbows resting on his knees and a bored look on his face, he hated Valentines Day. Every year was the same everyone got so lovey and mushy and all that romantic trash, even their captain would go to the mansion with a bunch of flowers for Miss Kaya. Yeah Usopp was the last person the three boys had expected to get taken in by this time of year.
The purple haired boy sighed and looked down the path and saw his best friend run towards him. Carrot blinked a little as Pepper skidded to a halt and took a deep breath. The other boy blinked and looked at him.
“What are you rushing around for?” he asked.
“I..have..something…for…you…” Pepper panted and managed to catch his breath before sitting next to the other.
“Eh?”
“Yeah, it’s kinda lame but I made it myself…” the boy pulled out a small red card which had his best art work on, art work you’d expect from a 12 year old really.
Carrot stared at it in disbelief; he’d never been given a card before, not like this. He thought only girls and boys could give these sorts of things to each other… maybe he was wrong? He liked it anyway. But was it normal? Again he didn’t care, how could something that made him feel happy be wrong?
“Uh, thanks…” Carrot grinned and blinked when his best friend leaned over and planted a soft shy kiss on his cheek.
