AN: I love this pair and up until now I been doing cute ones… trust me this isn’t the last one from me x3 –is shot-

It had been a month or two since the two boys had been dating, both unsure at first but after the first two weeks they realised this was something the both wanted and they both felt happy. They had already noticed how they were the only boys who shared certain feelings for other boys but it didn’t bother them.

Pepper shoved his hands into his pockets as he kicked the dirt on the path he had walked along many times; he was meeting Carrot at their normal spot on the cliff. He wasn’t able to smile when Carrot jumped to his feet in an excited manner.

“Hey, what’s wrong?” Carrot asked brushing his purple mop of hair out of the way to get a better look at the glum black haired boy.

“Mom says.. Mom say’s I can’t see you any more…” he bit his lip.

“What? Why?”

“Mom said it’s not right for me to like other boys.. She says she doesn’t want me growing up dirty and a freak…” he kicked the dirt.

“You’re not any of those things!”

“I am! I’m not meant to like boys!” Pepper clenched his hands into fists and tried to fight away a few tears.

“But…but…”

Carrot was about to say more, Pepper turned on his heels and walked down the hill whipping his eyes. Life’s lessons were to be learnt the hard way….
