Ok, ok... after some thought, I've finally made my decision: The winner is:
Tsunade115 with her hysterical "The Man, The Mystery, The 'Fro", cuz how often do we see 'Fro Luffy this Site (if you know what I mean)?
But let me say it was REALLY hard, and there were at least three stories that were all really close to winning (and that's aside from the three I mentioned before, which I also really liked. See what I mean about the choice being hard?). I'm really glad you guys enjoyed this topic, and did such great things with it!
