I think with Zoro, determination always wins over vanity. And Sanji looks like he's giving him the evil eye... envious for the tan and hairlessness, maybe? Hahaha. ^_____^

Personally, I have a theory of Sanji's hairy legs...he thinks it balancs out his prettiness so he looks more msculine (hence why he has the chin-stubble as well)
