Note: I wasn’t sure if Buggy knows Ace and Luffy are brothers so I’m going under the assumption that he doesn’t.
Buggy was really starting to hate his ‘guest’.
It wasn’t just because the young man had just invited himself aboard his ship and pilfered his pantry without asking. He would have just gutted him and thrown him overboard (or maybe fed him to Richie) if he wasn’t Whitebeard’s second in command. The last thing Buggy needed was being on that mammoth pirate’s black list.
There was just something else about the freckle-faced boy that bugged the hell outta him.
Maybe it was, as Alvida had pointed out, his striking resemblance to that damn straw-hat kid. The hair, the eyes, that stupid-ass grin. Maybe they were related or something. That thought certainly pissed him off.
The attitude was another thing. He was always so fucking sure of himself, always smiling without a care in the world. It was that same cheeky attitude Shanks had....and it made him wanna punch the kid in the face.
It also made Buggy want to pen him to the deck and fuck his overconfident brains out.
Yeah, he was really really starting to hate Ace. But he would just overlook it, the boy would be gone soon enough....
But finding the younger pirate sprawled across his bed fast asleep....that was unforgivable.
“WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN HERE?!”
Ace finally woke up when a disembodied foot smacked him in the head for the fifth time. He sat up, rubbing his eyes. “Hmm? Oh I was waiting for you.”
The clown stopped yelling. “Wha...?”
That smart-ass grin again. “Well I do kinda owe you for all the food I ate.” Warm arms wrapped around the captain’s waist. “Besides, you might say I have a thing for older, grumpy men...especially with Devil’s fruit powers.”
Ok, maybe he didn’t hate Ace that much after all...
