I was kinda shocked I won that one.... I thought Chibi!Ace X Ben was a cracky pair.... it made sence to me since Chibi!Luffy has Shanks....

AU style...

Demons/Angels

ie shoulder angels and demons.. guardian angels or somthing along those lines.

hope you people can do something with that.

Hey hon, can I ask you to pick a different topic? Simply because we had an AU topic a few weeks ago... maybe we could save AUs for a later time? THere's nothing wrong with re-using a topic but I think it'd be better to space them out somewhat...

When I read the "AU style" part, that was also my thought. But then there's the "Demons/Angels" part. I'm sure the second part is acceptable as a topic, but the first part confuses me.

Well, demons/angels is inherently AU, since it's not cannon story... I just think we should wait a bit longer before we repeat the AU topic, even if it's more restricted by subject.

How about metaphorically speaking? Some ideas that I can come up with (plus what ghostkotsuzaka mentioned before) that would fit with the topic would be:

Shoulder angel/demon. (or at least the concept of good side/bad side of a character)

Skypeia arc.

Dead characters (ex. Usopp's mom) as guardian angels. (I'm assuming this means that it's not necessary that both angels and demons have to be mentioned together)

Devil's Fruit -> Demon's Fruit (maybe??)

Monsters -> Demons (a little bending of character descriptions? Including angelicness of certain characters?)

Sandai Kitetsu (Zoro's evil sword can have a demon)

Of course, the hard part would be how to get them to be yaoi...

I'm not against a change in topics, though. Just stating how I think it's doable.

I like the topic and I can see the whole AU thing too. My main concern is..what is the official decision? I mean...whatever the topic is I just want to be able to start brainstorming ideas.

well.... that's a bit of a downer on things...

cus I really would have liked to have seen this topic and I didn't think there was much in the rules about having repetative topics.. I mean this one HASN'T been done before even if AU was used just awhile ago.

And thus I thought it was fair game.

but I'm guessing this isn't the case.. so um..

So can or can I not have this topic? I need to know soon cus I'm outta town from friday to sun ^^;

There's no rule but there's a *reason* I archived all the topics (though I admit they're hardly up to date.)

Monimonika makes a good point though.

Keep the topic but make it vaguer, remove the AU. It *can* be AU, but doesn't *have* to be. Demons and/or angels. Can you edit your post?

As it presently seems that ghostkotsuzaka may not be coming back in time to edit her topic post, I personally think we could/should go ahead with the modified topic. I have one or two one-liners buzzing in my head, begging to be put on paper and expanded.
