Define "villain"...
Aug. 15th, 2005 12:03 amTitle: The Pirate
Rating: PG
Pairing: LuZo
Word Count: 215
Topic: Villainy
Note: A sort of different take on the topic...
Seriously, what was his problem? Zoro had made it QUITE clear he had no intention of being a pirate, yet the stupid boy forged right on as if Zoro hadn't said a thing. Did he really think that just getting Zoro's swords would change the swordsman's mind? Pirates were terrible, bloodthirsty, evil people, and Zoro had no intention of becoming one of them. He had a dream, yes; one that was going to take some time to achieve, but he was going to do it on his own terms.
And, really, what could a kid like that possibly know about being a pirate, anyway? He'd be surprised if even had much of a crew... just the pink haired kid, from the looks of it. Zoro was willing to bet that the boy was younger than he was by a good few years. Had the kid ever even been in a real fight...?
Still... there was something to say for the kid's sheer pig-headedness. Hell, Zoro was reminded a bit of himself in that respect. Maybe he was the one who could help Zoro realize his dream? Maybe he should join...
No. The boy was a pirate. Why would he ever join him?
Well, he was determined, and stubborn...
And, man, what a cute little ass.

Thanks for the ZoLu goodness!
No prob!
This partially came up because, frankly, I'm not all that fond of the OP villains overall. And I'm a big LuZo fan. It then occurred to me that, from early Zoro's POV, Luffy was a "villain".
