I actually had this brewing since the day after the topic was announced, but I couldn't come up with an ending. I still couldn't, but I managed to cobble something together. I just wanted to use someone no one else would.
Title: Stains
Rating: PG
Pairing: Sanji -> Zeff, (Dr. Kureha)

Topic: Female Involvement

"Thank you for treating my injuries, Obasan."
SWACK!
"I’m still a very youthful 130 years old! You meant 'Ojousan' right?"
"Y-yeah." '...right, you old hag.'
SWACK!
"I heard that."
"How!?"
"So you did think it."
"Eeep!"
"Let me ask you something. Are you happy?"
"Uh..."
"Oh, by the way, you dropped this earlier." *shows a photograph*
"Ah! Yes, that’s mine. That old man was my mentor and..." *reaches to take photo, but Dr. Kureha snaps it away*
"I noticed a few things about this photo, particularly the stains."
"Stains?"
"I’m an unequaled expert on the human body and its by-products. I could tell by the telltale way the photo dried on this spot here that tears had splashed onto it. And the smearing doesn’t fool me from knowing that spit made its way onto this other part here, perhaps from some frequent kissing. And the corner right here is of particular note. Wonder why there was semen on it? Any ideas?" *knowing smirk*
"N-no! You’re mistaken! You might be an expert, but even you can’t tell how different liquids will dry on a photograph. You must’ve misinterpreted something else as se-se-se-"
"I was into photography during my teenybopper eighties. I know perfectly well how certain liquids will dry on photographs."
"...(speechless)..."
"Now, I’m no psychologist, so I can’t tell for sure if you need therapy or not, much less help you. The one doctor on this island who could have helped you got himself killed five years ago. I won’t say 'stay true to your heart', but repressing an obsession won’t always make it go away, and it doesn’t seem you want it to. All I can say is 'Good luck!' and hope you’re able to answer me correctly next time I ask if you’re happy." *walks away, leaving Sanji stunned*

Obasan = Auntie, standard way of refering to a middle-aged woman
Ojousan = young lady
