Rating: PG
Word Count: 291
Pairing: none, Nakama-ship if you squint. :D
Topic: Scars
Everyone on the ship had scars, some more obvious than others. As the resident physician, Chopper prided himself on documenting each and every one for posterity.
Robin's scar was over her heart, a twisted blow dealt by a heavy metal hook. It had torn through lung tissue, and may be cause for respiratory problems in colder climes.
Sanji's scar affected his depth perception - the cook was no surgeon, but he'd attempted to remove an unsightly tumour over his left eye without the proper precautions. While the tissue tested out benign, there was still the possibility that the growth may turn malign in the future.
Nami's scar was on her back, judging from the angle, a self-inflicted blow. She was lucky she hadn't cut any major muscles, and as it was, the scar tissue pulled if she exerted herself too much.
Zoro had too many scars to count. The worst wasn't the most obivous - though like Nami's, also self-inflicted. Chopper had yelled at him for a full day after learning he'd once tried to amputate his own legs. If he kept it up, he'd have more scar tissue than muscle.
Usopp had no scars. The sniper had much more sense than Zoro, tending to cuts quickly as they occured, the worst leaving only a faint dark shadow on Usopp's already dark skin. Chopper felt sympathy as he watched the sniper struggle to doctor the ship with inadequate support - just as Chopper struggle to doctor the crew with same.
Luffy did not scar, save one. On his rubbery body, the wounds closed up invisibly, stretched to melt together once they were bound and kept in place by bandages.
Chopper's only worry for Luffy was that he'd stretch too far, being the rubber band-aid that held them altogether.
A/N: I suck at endings.

Or something.
I've given up injecting my drabbles with yaoi - it just inhibits and makes it stilted, I'm just going to write according to the topic and let the yaoi flow where it will.
