Usopp didn’t know where he had first heard of it. But it was called ‘The “I love you” game’ It’s meant to be played on a snail phone, the point? To try and make the person on the other end of the phone say ‘I love you.’
Just slip ‘I love you’ into the conversation first and they say it back in reflex.
Sometimes.
It could lead to very awkward moments and calls cut short before their time.
But the results could also be very interesting.
And it was fun to play on a day when he’s bored and curious to see how his nakama would react.
Particularly when you play it without a phone.
Especially when you play it with who doesn’t love easily, and always plays for keeps.
