I think I tired out my OP muse last week, but I still made sure I could have something for this week.



“Remember the time we made the bet if you could shoot an apple off of Ben’s head I’d give you the rest of special sake stash that we’d been drinking?” Shanks asks his sharpshooter, with the look Yasopp could tell was just begging for mischief.

The blond man looks at his captain warily and answers, “How can I forget? Ben had me cleaning the latrines with a toothbrush for months afterwards. And he even kicked you out of your quarters.”

Shanks nods his head with Yasopp’s words then says after the other man is finished, “And you were so kind to let me share your bed for that time, even at the risk of many sleepless nights and the dirty glares Ben sent you. Enough of the past though and onto the present. I just got a large stash of rum at a bargain price and I have a plum. Wanna make a bet?”
