Pairing: Luffy/Sanji
Theme: Kink
Word Count: 274
Warnings: PG for vague reference to D/s relationship, no spoilers.
Disclaimer: I always forget to put this. OP isn't mine even when I forget.
Sanji had a taste for quality, and the jewelry dangling in front of his face was, by his esteemed judgment, a piece of cheap crap. Gold-painted, poorly crafted, maybe meant for pirates who wanted to look tough and rich but couldn't afford the goods. And Luffy was grinning like he'd just offered Sanji a map to AllBlue.
Sanji's initial goal had been Nami. Every lady who stepped on the Going Merry was so lovely that Sanji could barely contain himself, not to mention gifted with plenty of will and inner strength, the things that made a beautiful woman more than beautiful. He'd tried to express it to Nami every way he could think of, to let her know that he'd do anything she asked, really. Anything. Really. Anything. But she just wouldn't take him up on it, apart from the same ship-care orders she barked out to all of them in emergencies.
In retrospect, it was embarrassing to think how long it had taken him to realize he was already under someone's command.
Luffy was showing surprising patience, his grin as wide as ever as he waited for Sanji's brain to finish processing. Finally, Sanji reached out and took the cheap tin pendant, looking at it closer. Poor painting, poor crafting, you could barely even tell it was meant to be shaped like a lock... the real wonder was where Luffy had gotten money to buy any sort of symbol of their peculiar little relationship.
He had a feeling he'd be wearing the stupid cheap thing under his suit until long after it turned his skin green.
