I mean what kind of man was always the uke? I mean sure Zoro was a decent top but it was emarrassing to be used like that even if it did feel increadable."Oh ahhhh. yeah so good!" Really increadable. You just had to take turns.

Suddenly I noticed that the shameless noises of my captain and his lover my fuck buddy have ceased and the two of them are above me.

Luffy is clutched in Zoro's arms still impailed on that thick joy and Zoro is smirking.

"Oi,ero cook if you just want to crouch behind the gunpowder and masturbate thats fine but use lube if your gonna stick your fingers up there. Chopper's orders."

I snap,lunging at the shitty alge head and calling him every curse I know. I am fuzzly aware of what happens next from the bounce of Luffy's body on the floor to his frantic protest of "Hey it was my turn!"

Afterwards Zoro calls me a kinky fucker as I reach over Luffy's snoring form for my ciggeretts as I light up I defend" Well at least *I* don't always have seme."








I wrote this because I'm a little sick of yaoi fans that bash the Uke/Seme dynamic. They don't "have to take turns". What if they don't want to? Who are you to judge fairness in sex? If it feels good do it.
I for one love the Uke/Seme ideal and most yaoi fans in japan seem to agree with me.

Theirs nothing wrong with takeing turns but its not any more equal or fair than just Uke and Seme.A character can enjoy being only uke and that doesn't make him less that his partner.

Although I've said that I prefer pairings that "take turns" in the past, I'd consider that a personal preference, just like preferring clear seme/uke roles is a preference. I think most fans emphasize "take turns" because a lot of fanfic writers don't have the delicacy to keep both parties strong and, well, IC while still making one person always bottom. So saying they "have to take turns" is also a way of saying that you prefer a story where both characters' personalities are still powerful within the relationship.

Still, I agree with your point. There's no reason why preferring to be bottom should be a problem. Ideally, both characters will remain like their original characterization whether preferring top or bottom.
