It seems like I just can't ever get myself to write more then a page, so I decided to join this community an contribute to One Piece goodness. There's plenty of "dialogue", I suppose...well, you'll see what I mean, just go read the drabble already!

So I kinda cheated in the dialogue part, I mean, just look at the first four lines! But I had to fill the empty spaces with something...

"..."

"......"

"......!"

"......!!"

"Who do you think will win?" Chopper whispered to Nami.

"I don't know, but whoever loses will have all the whiskey and rum they drank added to their debt."

"Ahhh." The reindeer nodded his head wisely, stroking a non-existent goatee.

"Hey, Nami, what's going on? How long have they been staring at each other?" Usopp whispered too, not knowing why.

"All I heard was Sanji saying that that bottle of French Cassis was picked especially for Nami and Robin-chan's special dinner." Chopper mumbled lowly.

"...!!"

"....!!!"

"They kept fighting for the bottle till Sanji slammed down the rum and whiskey and told Zoro to try and stare it out of him before they wrecked the kitchen."

Usopp's eyes went wide. "They're having a drunken staring contest?"

"Yay Zoro!!...wait, if I don't cheer for Sanji does that mean he won't cook meat for dinner?" Luffy blinks. "Yay Sanji!!!"

"Sanji and Zoro's eyes never left each other's for a moment." Chopper said in awe.

"......"

".......!..."

".....!!......"

"!!!..."

"!?"

"Heh heh heh heh..." The cook started chuckling, a weird, wide drunken grin overtaking his face.

A similar demented grin broke out on Zoro's face. "Ha ha ha...hahahahaha!"

"Ahahahaha..pahahaha!"

"Are they laughing? Cackling, no less, while they slap each other on the shoulder...!" Usopp looked like he swallowed a chili pepper hoshi on accident.

"Ohohohoho.....!!!"

"Luffy! Stop laughing for no reason!"

"Ow! Nami, why d'you slap me on the head? Every one else is."

Nami rolled her eyes. "Idiots."

Chopper's eyes went wide. "Wooooooow."





I couldn't help but add that last part with Chopper ^.^ Please tell me what you think of the incessant overuse of dot dot dots.

DId you ever get one of those moments when you and someone else just look at each ohter and can't stop laughing and you don't know why? Well, I suppose that's what it was all about...I had to put the Luffy part in there too.

I got that part. Also liked the use of ellipses and bolding. Amazingly gave me quite a detailed visual of what Zoro's and Sanji's expressions were. Weird how that's possible with just a bunch of punctuation and thicker lines.

I know, I was planning which parts would be bolded and how many elipses I'd use as I went to class. I could almost picture it in my head, sad as that may seem >.>

Yay for drunken giggle fits! I love the ellipses, especially now emotive they are, with all the exclamation marks and question marks and boldness. Awesome fun.
