It must come from growing up on a ship. 

Robin and Zoro were trailing behind their resident cook on a grocery run and the archeologist was pondering her crewmate’s bizarrely smooth stride.

The lanky body in front of them flowed and rippled like water, knees always bent and hips swaying as if they expected to be compensating for the roll of waves under them.  As those legs were currently on a cobbled city street and not a ship’s deck, the gait just gave its owner an unnatural flowing step that should’ve looked ridiculous but was somehow graceful instead.

A soft sound on her left drew her out of her thoughts and she realized Swordsman-san was watching Cook-san as well… and muttering.  An ear grew on the back of his shoulder.

“There’s no way pansy-ass footing like that should be so hard to unbalance.” An eyebrow lifted, her companion seemed to be pondering the same mystery she was.  “Isn’t fair and it makes him look like a girl anyway, ass swaying, slinking around all the time, but fuck if it isn’t-”

A scathing tone interrupted as it was getting good, “The hell are you mumbling about back there, marimo?”

“Nothing you’d understand ero-cook,” was snapped back quickly.

“Don’t hurt yourself shitty-swordsman, complex thoughts might fry your ape-brain.”  Robin chuckled to herself, watching the green-haired man struggle for a suitably sarcastic reply, then growl when he realized the blond had instantly lost track of the argument in favor of dancing after the endless parade of women.

But after hearing his earlier thoughts she observed carefully and noticed something interesting.  Swordsman-san tried to hide it, but seemed as fascinated by the swaying hips and slender legs in front of him as their owner was by the passing females.

Zoro sighed.  Robin just smiled.

Thanks! Yeah, I wrote the whole thing from Zoro's POV then scrapped it 'cause he came off sounding so introspective and just... OOC. Of course he's gonna look, but he's not gonna be all pondery about it.

Robin is such a graceful plot device when it comes to boy!porn. I'm sure. I actually mostly liked the description of how Sanji walks. The "raised at sea" explanation for his weird walk is so obvious but I honestly hadn't thought about it.
