Zoro was pretty much beyond the realm of reason.
He was burning inside, freezing outside, lost in the dark, unable to breath.
Dizzy, light-headed and disorientated as he was, when the warm tongue invaded his mouth he didn’t quite know what it was.
However, when the tongue was followed by breath, Oxygen, the burning lessened. Allowing reason, and panic, to return.
Arms locked around his body holding him in place and what irked him the most was that he knew that he should have been able to brake free if it wasn’t for the fact he was more than half drowned.
The unknown mouth returned to his, and again air was forced into his lungs. Where had the air come from? They were both underwater!
This time the tongue decided to do more than just force his lips open and Zoro would have cursed, it was no time to get aroused damn it!
The arms tightened around him and with a rush he was suddenly at the surface, Zoro opened his eyes but could only see yellow and blue.
The other took their time letting Zoro go, and the blue eyed blonds’ gaze showed that if it wasn’t for Zoro ‘s lack of gills he would have been dragged deeper, far away from the world he knew, where the shouts of “Man overboard!” would never be heard.
Suddenly the other pressed even closer to him if possible. And the shouting from the nearby ship failed to reach his ears over the pounding in his ears anyway.
“The name’s Sanji, look for me the next time you set out to sea.” Then the blond retreated vanishing with nothing but a splash of a blue merman’s tail.
And even before he was safely back on his ship, Zoro vowed he would return.
