How long has it been since I’ve written something? I’m rusty, sorry.
I just had this idea in my head. Kinda sounds like the plot for a Shonen-ai manga
Zoro hated to admit to any kind of weakness. But he did have one major one.
A weakness for cute, pathetic things.
It was the reason he had two formerly stray cats rubbing up against his legs demanding tuna every night when he got home.
It was also the reason for the dark skinned boy who’d been sleeping on his couch for almost a month now. He’d found the kid camped out in the laundry room of his apartment building and when he’d started crying, begging Zoro not to call the police, he just didn’t have the heart to turn him away.
The boy had told him his name was Chopper and that he was 15 (even though he looked like he was only about twelve). When Zoro had asked him why he was all alone the boy had only answered that he family didn’t want him.
It nearly broke Zoro’s damn heart.
But the kid was sweet, and he could cook (better then ramen noodles Zoro’s usually lived off of anyway) and the cats, Johnny and Yosaku, certainly seemed to like him. Plus the kid was pretty skilled at first aid, which was becoming useful with all the scraps and bruises Zoro had been coming home with from his construction job lately.
He’d even gotten use to Chopper scolding him for not taking better care of himself.
It was kind of hard to get use to not being able to walk around his apartment naked after a shower anymore.
He really didn’t need Chopper to pass out from anymore nosebleeds though.
