Zoro stretched, having just finished his morning training. Wondering if any of the other crew members were awake, he started towards the main deck only to have his question answered by a pitiful wail from Luffy coming from what sounded like the galley.
Sure enough, Zoro found him right where he thought he would, staring ahead at the closed galley door. "Did he kick you out again, Luffy," Zoro asked, laughter in his voice.
"No," Luffy whined. "Look."
Moving aside, Zoro could see a piece of paper nailed into the door that’d previously been blocked by Luffy's head.
Rules of the Galley
1) There will be no stealing of food. Meals and snacks are given out when I deem them so. The same applies for booze or liquor.
2) One must have a cleanly appearance upon entering to eat
a. hands must be washed
b. no admittance if bathing is needed
c. Clothes must be clean
3) No touching cooking equipment, and no removing them from the galley for your damned "inventions"
4) No molesting the cook. This includes
a. Groping
b. Kissing
c. dirty comments
d. invasion of personal space
e. removal of cigarette from mouth
Any violation of these rules results in
A. Not eating until problem is corrected in case of hygiene or missing equipment
B. Immediate retribution has been received in case of stolen goods or unwanted attention.
"Zoro, I'm hungry now." piped up Luffy. "What are we going to do?"
Zoro was silent before turning to Luffy with a smirk. "Why not have all of us go in and break those rules at once. You can steal food and Ussop can snag one of those wire stirring things."
"What are you going to do?" questioned Luffy.
"I'm going to give him a little unwanted attention.”

Edit: There is no way Sanji can keep up with all of them while Zoro is giving him "unwanted attention"... (CACKLES)
Reading this was awesome! Gooding through the list I was like, "ooooh, Luffy AND Zoro there..." and "Oooo, Ussop right there, poor guy." Hilarious list, loved it!
