OK... this is my first posting to this community, or indeed to anywhere on Livejournal. So I'm really, really sorry if anything goes wrong, or if it's crap. I realise the "pairing" probably won't be that popular, but I thought I could do something interesting with it. I might try and explore it in greater depth on my fanfiction.net account. 
I suck at titles x_x

Long shiny green hair. Washboard stomach. Legs that went on forever. White jeans so tight they would choke a weasel. And so young. Barely twenty, at a guess.

“His name’s Cabaji, he’s a flashy swordsman,” the Captain had said, beaming. “And he rides a flashy unicycle!”

“Welcome aboard,” was all Mohji had trusted himself to say, before he abruptly turned and left because he couldn’t bear to see the way the Captain was undressing the new second mate with his eyes.

 

He wasn’t at all surprised when Cabaji took the Captain’s hand and followed him into his cabin – he’d been preparing himself for it all night. But it still broke his heart; he knew Buggy was fickle, but he hadn’t expected him to get tired of him this soon.

 

 

Mohji had spent that night in the hold, crying into Richie’s mane. If his beloved Captain preferred Cabaji’s youth and beauty to his own unswerving love and devotion, then all he could do was step back and let him have it.

But that didn’t mean he had to be happy about it.

Yeah, Richie fancies Buggy as well xD
I've read the odd one or two that paired Alvida and Buggy, but never any that had them all together o.o
To any one out there that actually thinks ANY of them would pair up with Alvida, I suggest watching Buggy's mini-arc in the anime. Then compare the way they react to her with the way the men in Loguetown do...

...this provoked an odd laugh/sniffle from me. I found this rather cute and the loyalty made me smile sadly, which is odd considering I was never a big fan of Buggy or his crew. And yet... I can't help sympathizing with Mohji. ;_;

"His name’s Cabaji, he’s a flashy swordsman, and he rides a flashy unicycle!" Being abandoned for something shiney and newer is just a sad concept. But perhaps Buggy will come to realize and appreciate Mohji's devotion... we can hope.

awww, poor mohji. but not really, because i can't forgive him for the whole burning-down-the-pet-food-store incident. there was a japanese fanart site that drew buggy really, really feminine and pretty...i always wondered what kind of opium they were choking on. but, i always totally thought buggy and cabaji were gettin' it on. richie is definitely mohji's confidante...
