He spins and spins and spins.

Around the navigator, who is lost in this uncharted water.
Around the archaeologist, who helps him back on his feet in the mornings.
Around the doctor, who just frowns and applies more salve.
Around the sharpshooter, who is making tales of the swordsman's return.
Around his Captain, who remains on the figurehead, but head turned to the side slightly. As though looking back - instead of forward.

And he practices. Until he believes that a kick, aimed just right, could melt blood forged demon steel.

;_; This is such a sad subject. Are you going to write any more about it? It would be interesting to see it explored in more depth (and also nice to see it resolved!)

[Note: No, definitely not "whom". "Who" is the subject of the verb in the sentence, so "who" is the right one to use].

Ooooooooooooooooh. I'm glad to see more from the "Cursed" premise and I love the lost detached feeling that is left behind with Zoro gone. The bit about Luffy looking back instead of forward really drives the point home and the last line was be~autiful.

I'm also excited you're thinking of resolving it. ^^

(claps happily) Yay! More of the Cursed Sword series! I love how Sanji is using his newer move in order to fight Zoro's sword. I wish him luck, but at the same time I really, REALLY hope he doesn't loose a leg in the process...
