Roses red for a gray stone grave and here you lay the remains of my broken heart. Shattered by that one moment in time; your threads frayed by a shot in point blank range. Why did you leave to hide away in the cold Earth? For your image lingers in my mind and haunts my inner being. As in the galley I see your refection watching, lurking; and in small places I hear your echo softy calling. Your shadowy touches mimic acts in my sleep, to tingle still upon my fair skin when dawn wakes. Even though the others tell me to let go, even still they say to forget. I yearn to hear you in my mind in the day and see you in my dreams at night.

I know that I am a fool, and know that a fool is what I am; but here I am kneeling at you stone cold grave. I cannot say, here is where I should stay; even for dreams of All Blue seas feel like shards of glass piercing holes into my heart.
