That shirt had had to go. He hadn't done it on purpose, mind, but he wasn't sorry, either. Sanji could be such a priggish bitch about his wardrobe; worse than Nami over a potential stain, and nearly psychotic about setting the creases just so (useless as that effort was, with Luffy the hammer on board).

Perhaps it was so well-loved because the colour so closely approximated the mikan-bright shade of Nami's hair. Who the hell knew what went through Sanji's head sometimes? It certainly wasn't good taste in shirts when he was shopping. Either that, or the man was colour blind -- which could well be the case. Because there really wasn't any other excuse for the horrible orange shirt Sanji insisted was his second-best. His second-favourite.

Zoro shuddered. He wasn't sorry. Not at all.

He'd tried to be careful. Hadn't popped a single button, for fuck's sake. Not his fault he'd had to tug so hard with his teeth to get it untucked. His hands had been rather occupied at that moment.

And having the peanut butter jar leaking all over it had honestly been completely an accident. He could have sworn he'd recapped that thing right. Had even put it down, rather than dropping it, so that it wouldn't crack. Just bad luck the seal had been loose. And Sanji had been the one to tip it over, flailing around that way.

Heh. Sanji had looked pretty damned sexy, strung up like that.

No, he honestly hadn't meant to wreck it. Stupid squirrel had just been asking for that oni giri, though. Chittering at him like that.

Ah, well, whatever. Paying the piper would be made well worth any pain ruining that shirt might cost him. Sanji was top tonight, and the red shirt was off its hanger.
