Excuse: I was looking up something, and Carmen ambushed me. Really.

He took it out and polished it every once in a while, but only once in a while.
Sometimes, however, it was nice to see the proof that he wasn't just the second-best fighter on the crew, second-best rescuer, second-best looking, second-best anything.
Sometimes, Sanji thought, it was good to know he was already the best at something, and that, really, he'd beaten all his crewmates, with their wishes to be the best in their respective fields.
Even if he *had* gone into the competition for the fish.
