New Librarian/s Required

MOD LIBRARIAN POST! :D

As work has been eating its way into my life recently, I'm afraid to say that my status as librarian has to go on hiatus for a bit. That said, I'm looking for a couple or more librarians who can assist me in the categorizing of the memories section of this community.

I know in my previous posts some of you have very kindly offered to apply for the position. If you are still available, please let me know if you're still interested in the position via means of the comments below.

I'm currently looking for at least two (2) people at the moment. The sort-of-unofficial "requirements" I'm looking for that I will take into consideration for assigning positions are:

(1) You don't mind sacrificing time to do shit like this. NO, RLY. XD Categorizing takes a hell lot of time and patience, especially if you're stupid enough to categorize stuff into the wrong topic/pairing/rating and have to go back and redo everything. (READ: THAT IS TO SAY, LIKE ME.) Also bear in mind that a year's worth of entries is roughly equal to about 500+ entries. That's how many times you'll be organizing the memories feature. SO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MIND DOING THIS SORT OF SHIT B4 U APLY.

(2) You are a regular. By this I mean you're constantly up to date with what's happening in this community, or are a regular contributor/commentor. If you're a stalker that's okay too, as long as you're familiar with what's going on and whatnot so you have a somewhat clearer view on what to do with the entries that are constantly being submitted.

(3) You are up to date with the manga/anime. Not really necessary, but it helps if people submit spoiler-filled entries and you don't want to have to keep scrolling around quickly while trying to categorize so you don't spoil yourself. XD;

And of course, most importantly, that (4) YOU WILL DO YOUR JOB. It's okay if you don't get to work on the entries like after a few weeks or so (becaue of rl issues or whatever), but please make sure that if you've taken up the position, that you actually get round to doing what is required of it.

And that's about all, really. I'll be giving out further details in an email on how I work the memories when I've gotten the positions filled, so maybe leave your contacts too when I make a later announcement post or something.

(Also, I haven't been able to contact the main mod, so yes, this post is made without her consent. >.>; I'M SORRY. But I'm really swamped as it as at the moment, so, yeah. Desperate times call for desperate measures and stuff. *twiddles fingers* ...I'm sorry.)

I've been participating on-and-off for about a year in the form of comments and the occasional fic. I wouldn't mind using some of my time to help organize. I was thinking of reading through the archives anyhow--so I'll kill two birds with one stone. XD;

I have no life and hours and hours of time to fill at my job so I'd be happy to help. I've been around for a while - even if I don't contribute nearly as much as I used to - and I'm definitely current with the series.

Well, I DO spend ~4 hours a night playing Mahjong Tiles and reading fanfiction...but I like to whine about being busy because it makes me feel better about getting paid to be very lazy.
