Title: furyounakama
Topic: bad company
Word Count: 200
Rating: PG13 (language)
Pairing: none
Disclaimer: Characters and setting? Not mine. Probably just as well. Here, have them back...
Summary: Zoro reflects on what he's gotten himself into on a particularly boisterous day.
Excuse: Heh. This is the one that's been eluding me for days. Still not happy with it, but 11th hour and all that.
Notes: My dictionary tells me that furyounakama translates as "gang of hoodlums (hooligans); bad company; companion in gang activities." Also, furyoushounen and furyoushoujo translate as masculine/feminine forms of "juvenile delinquent" respectively. *shrugs*
I think this Zoro is probably rather odd. Please forgive me... Sometimes you just see that stress-throb going, though, and, well...

Okay, so pirates aren't exactly most peoples' definition of upstanding citizens. But I chose this life (not that my other option at the time was all that valid), so I'll live it. I still have my honour.
However.
There are the times like this, when everyone else on the ship decides to remind me they're a bunch of immature idiots, and I wonder why.
Damn it, Luffy, if you HAD to show Chopper that stunt with the nose-chopsticks (which was probably inevitable), couldn't you have at least done it without adding a round of 'tag' to the mix?
Never mind that we're pirates and thus deemed bad company by law-abiding citizens.
I've joined a gang of juvenile delinquents. Talk about your bad companions.
Oh, bugger it. I really, really wish they'd keep that stupid game below decks.
Ah, Sanji. You tell 'em, mom. (Not even going to get into Mr. Princess' habits today. He is good for settling the kids down.)
And here we... Heh. Thank you, Nami, for beating those idiots senseless. If I didn't already owe you... (And that would be our fine, upstanding, yakuza loanshark of a navigator; real good girl, she is.)
Ah. Finally, some quiet.
