Title: The Mugiwara Beastie Killers
Rating: PG-13
Pairing: None XP
Summary: While stopping on an island, Luffy decides to have his crew help out the locals with a little... beast problem they've been having lately.
Word Count: 280
AN: I suck at coding, and since I do, I have no clue how to post on LJ communities XP But I was so entertained by this community, I HAD to join XP Hopefully this works out right *crosses fingers*
It was horrible, absolutely horrible.
It had come out of nowhere, devouring all in its path, creating terror in concerned parents, and spurring the hearts of young maidens to follow it as it went into the depths of the sea. It was a horrid beast that somehow... just somehow... their idiot captain had decided to try and take on.
Why they always had to be the dogooders, only God knew.
Nami, wisely, had stayed out of the fray, but only because when one of its large arms came up, searching the outcropping of rocks for yet another to bring into the shallow pool of water, she had ever so slightly bumped Usopp into its searching digits, waving at him and calling out her thanks as she remained spared.
Right now, she was both happy for it, but also feeling a sense of remorse as she watched and listened to her crewmates tangle with the beastie below.
"Oi, Kuso-cook! Watch out behind-too late..."
"Haha! You need to be quicker Sanji!"
"Ah! Fuckin' Marimo! Get this thing off of me!"
"Hell no! That would mean touching it!"
"I am happily sitting in my bed, reading a happy story where tentacles don’t exist. I am happily sitting in my bed, reading a happy story where tentacles don’t exist.”
“Usopp! Why is this thing trying to go up my legs?!?!”
“Where the hell is Nami? She could probably keep this thing busy enough for us to handle it! Hell, she'd probably enjoy it too.”
A rock was soon seen sailing towards Zoro’s head, succeeding in knocking the swordsman to the ground… however… he didn’t stay there for long.
“Uh… I think its distracted now.”
