onepieceyaoi100This is my first try at a short fics... And a One Piece fics for that matter... So in other words, a whole lot of new for me^^ I hope it turned out okay though :)
Title: Nightmare

It had been months now, since that fateful night. Since then, it repeated itself almost every night.
It was terrible. Just the small pained grunts send chills down his spine as he lay there in the darkness.
He knew how it went, because he had seen it, up close and personal. It had caught him completely off guard. After that, he made it a habit to close his eyes until the whole ordeal was over, ignoring all the noises.
He cringed as another scream tore into the night, followed by another grunt and heavy panting.
No longer capable of controlling his curiosity, he slowly opened his eyes, peeking out from under his lashes. He regretted it the moment his eyes adjusted to the darkness, and he quickly shut his eyes again, scolding himself for looking. He winced inwardly. That had to hurt!
To his horror he found himself strangely turned on by that small peek, and he could no longer tune out the sounds. Desperately he started chanting to himself: it will all be over soon; it will all be over soon.
Few seconds later, the final cries sounded, mutually. He clenched his first hard enough to draw blood, and then the silence washed over him. He made an involuntary sigh.
He waited a few more minutes to open his eyes, then yelped in terror when he did, and his eyes locked with a pair of blue and haunted ones.
"Sanji?" He breathed, but the cook made a motion that told him to be quiet or die. Managing a small grin and a sweatdrop at that, he finally dared to make enough noise to turn around and snuggle into a better position.
At least this night of horror had given him some insight… No one slept when Zoro and Luffy shared a hammock!
And with that as his final thought, he closed his eyes, falling asleep to the sound of snoring, grunting, and Luffy making happy-noises.
