Now I'm understanding why people complain about having to choose the winner--so many choices! You really don't make it easy.

So, after several rereads and much deliberation, the Honorable Mentions are cptn_shinigami's  "An unfortunate day" for Zoro abuse of the hilarious kind; bronzetigress' "Under My Umbrella" series for the for "aww" inspiring relationship development; coinin's "Hurricane Zoro" for making me grin like a loon; and scribe_protra's "Rain, Rain, Go Away" for Bon Kurei. And Zero-Chan.

But the winner for this week is ahja_reyn for  "Insisting". The balance between angst and humor is perfect, and I can easily picturing it happening.
