First time I post here^^;; But this week's theme was just too cute, I had to XD; This is sort of an alternate universe, in which Coby and Helmeppo are still kids, and Garp "adopted" them. Hope you enjoy it^^

- A kite??? Wooow!! It’s awesome! Can’t wait to show it to Coby! Thank you very very much Garp-san!!
The little blonde boy quickly took the gift from the Vice-Admiral’s hands, and just as quickly ran off, laughing and waving his precious new kite around. His usual calm gaze was now as excited as ever, as he searched everywhere for his friend to show him his new treasure. Finally, he found the little pink-haired boy sitting in a corner on their room.
- Coby!! Lookie lookie! Look what I got!!
Coby, who was hugging his legs, face hidden over his knees, looked up. His watery eyes sparkled.
- A kite!!! Ahh, I wanna play with iiiit… or rather would love to. – he sniffed.
- Hmm? Why? You can’t?
The smaller boy sniffed once again, his face flushed from all the crying.
- I felt down and hurt my knee… that nurse put a bandage on it and said it should be better soon, but it still hurts…
- Oh… - Helmeppo looked down at his friend’s wound. His excitement gave way to a worried look. They both stayed silent for a moment, when suddenly Helmeppo bent over and placed a kiss near Coby’s wound.
- A kiss to make it better! Now you’ll get well really soon! C’mon, let’s go play! – he said, pulling Coby’s arm.
Coby blushed for a moment, but soon forgot his pain and sadness and grinned widely.
- Thank youuu!! – he said, getting up. – I’ll go first!
- Eeeh? No way! It’s MY kite! I’m first!
- But, but I’m your friend! I get to play with it first!
- Haha, no way!
They both passed through Vice-Admiral Garp, running and laughing, taking turns into holding the kite. Garp chuckled.
- Kids. – he thought to himself.
