I'm figuring that my muse ran out of funds in it's latest vacation spree, and has resumed it's task of writing crap to you all! And this time it's a two-parter!
Hope you enjoy!

Title: Love Bug
Rating: I don't know, I'm too desensitized to care. PG?
Word Count: 300
Pairing: Chopper/Nakama
Topic: It must be love.

Chopper reviewed the symptoms and concluded that the illness that was currently affecting the crew of the Thousand Sunny had to be Lovesickness! Of course, the other diagnosis could be food poisoning, but Chopper wouldn’t dare utter that theory in front of Sanji. Still, how else could Chopper explain the sudden surge of nausea, dizziness, rapid mood swings, obsessive thoughts, and distraction/confusion within the past two days?

Sanji’s behavior had been subdued tremendously as evidenced by a lack spinning and a quieter, if not minimal, proclamation of love to the girls and being easily distracted. Zoro had been obsessive … well, even moreso… with his training and had locked himself in the weight room to continue his workouts sometimes past midnight. Nami had been bedridden with a slight fever with upset stomach and would throw heavy items at anyone (except Robin) who dared disturb her. Robin’s mysterious smile had been… well… mysteriously absent and was replaced with a half-lidded glare and stand-off disposition that was reminiscent of her time as Miss All Sunday. Chopper debated on prescribing mood stabilizers to Franky due to the man’s constant “crying-screaming-laughing-crying” cycles.

Problem was finding a medication compatible with androids.

Usopp’s behavior was the most worrisome. His stories had lacked its usual creativity and flair and one could see the physical strain of concentration the sharpshooter exhibited when recounting his tales. Chopper had noticed dark rings around the other’s eyes which would indicate some insomnia.

Definitely this “love-bug” was as much of a fearsome creature as Usopp had portrayed in his previous tales. Still, Chopper couldn’t help the surge of pride in knowing that his crew was counting on him to help them with this epidemic and vowed he wouldn’t rest until he’s found a cure.

His love will battle all other love sicknesses.

Title: Adding Love to your life.
Rating: PG sounds safe, lets go with that.
Word Count: 300 again!
Pairing: Luffy//Nakama
Topic: It must be love.

Sneaking past the smoking chef, Luffy let out an ear-splitting grin as he made his way towards the boiling pots that was to be their dinner. As aloof as he may be at times, Luffy took great pride in remembering the “important things.” One of those “important things” had come from a conversation between the chef and himself a few weeks ago.

Luffy had idly asked how Sanji made the meat always to tender and juicy. Sanji, who had just won a minor verbal battle with the “shitty marimo” and been complimented by the girls for a new dessert, humored the captain by proclaiming that “Love” was his secret ingredient.

To this day, Luffy had yet to find “Love” in the pantry.

A few days later, they had reached an island and Luffy had raced ahead to the marketplace looking for “Love”. He gotten a lot of weird looks, a few slaps and one creepy guy offering to take him to a nearby alley and show him how to make it, but otherwise no such luck.

It was when he passed a posh looking boutique that Luffy found it! There, on the window, was a small pink flask with the word “Love” written in fancy writing. The lady warned him that it was con-sen-something… a big word that meant “very strong and, only small drops should be used.” It was also VERY expensive… enough to sacrifice snacks or souvenirs for the next 3 island stops.

Still, for his crew, it was worth it.

So, as he poured a few drops into the stew, Luffy couldn’t help but feel proud that he was contributing his love for his Nakama in addition to Sanji’s and could rest assured that with this, his crew would only grow stronger from now on.

Awww, that is so cute. I love you Luffy, even if you don't realize what you are doing.

Chopper to the rescue!

"Made with love" is the scariest phrase for me. It will never go away. *mutters something about a bunt cake*

I love them! Luffy is just so sweet.

Though I have such a dirty mind that I can't stop laughing at: "To this day, Luffy had yet to find “Love” in the pantry."

Poor deprived Luffy (poor depraved me).

*Giggles* Both of these are fantastic. Too many great lines for me to pick a single one but-

Why is it so easy to imagine Franky's “crying-screaming-laughing-crying” cycles? XD
