Topic: Euphemism (with a touch of innuendo)

Hands tugging his haramaki awakened Zoro. Feeling weight settled over outstretched thighs; his hand extended capturing hands inching into his pants. His eyes opened.

Luffy startled momentarily before pouting. Zoro sighed, “What’re you doing?” If Luffy wanted that, why didn’t he ask? Zoro wouldn’t decline. Besides, Luffy knew better than inciting Nami’s wrath by ‘fornicating’ on deck.

“Looking for a sword,” Luffy replied, still pouting.

Zoro blinked, wondering what crazy idea was planted in Luffy’s head. “My swords’re there,” he gestured.

“I know!” Luffy wined, pout morphing into scowl.

The swordsman surrendered, “What happened,” knowing something had instigated.

Luffy pulled his hands away, settling on Zoro’s thighs. “Nami told Sanji to keep his sword in his pants.”

“Why’d she say that? Sanji doesn’t use swords.” Luffy’s face contorted in confusion. “But you do, so I was looking.”

When he’d finished Zoro tried adamantly not to laugh.

“Luffy, there’s a sword there,” he said, grinning unrestrained.

“Really?” Luffy replied, face illuminating.

Zoro placed Luffy’s hands.

“But that’s your . . .”

“What does it resemble?” Zoro asked.

Luffy thoughtfully placed finger against lips, “A penis?”

Zoro’s head shook, “Penis is impolite, so other words’re used instead,” he attempted explaining.

Luffy had his ‘that’s stupid’ expression so Zoro yielded explaining the intricacies of euphemism.

“So she was talking about Sanji’s . . .” Luffy asked to confirm.

When Zoro nodded, silence ensued as Luffy thought. Finally, cheeks faintly blushing; he concentrated on Zoro’s eyes.

“Let’s go,” he declared, climbing off Zoro; offering his hand.

“Why?” Zoro enquired, hoping to resume napping.

“So I can sheath your sword,” Luffy replied grinning, pleased.

Zoro laughed heartily: standing. Slinging an arm around Luffy’s shoulders he kissed Luffy’s upturned mouth.

“If you wanted to play swordsmen, you just had to ask,” he replied, grinning, steering towards the men’s quarters.

I had to butcher it a bit to meet the word limit, but I think it turned out ok.
And everyone loves a good penis euphemism.
