I'm so writer's blocked, it's ridiculous. Anyway, I got some writing encouragement from mr_redrum and another friend, so I figured I'd (attempt to) write something.





Luffy likes to sit on the figurehead of the ship.

He can't see the ship, only the ocean.

The ocean's mist and breeze are cool against his skin.

He can hear the waves crash and birds squawk.

The smell of the ocean and water-affected wood is comforting.

He can taste the salt.

The ocean encompasses his senses, calms them.

He sits atop the world, but it's more like flying. The ocean represents freedom.

Luffy loves it.

heh.you sure did fast.and you definitely didn't have that one you call writer blocked...and this comes up like a poetry,man...yeah,I kinda agree with the way you said that ocean represent freedom. and because the earth is in fact are composed mostly from the ocean,so yeah...it's so hugely freedom!...so true!...and luffy knows that more than anyone...
