Zoro, who was weight-lifting out on deck, halted in his training when a shirtless captain began dancing (better described as flailing) in front of him. "Luffy?"

Luffy paused his "dancing" and gave the swordsman his trademark goofy grin. "Yeah, Zoro?"

"What is on your chest?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Chest hair!" Luffy responded, proudly puffing out his chest with his hands fisted dramatically at his hips.

"It looks more like marker..." Where he could have gotten the markers though, Zoro wasn't sure since Nami has confiscated them from Luffy last week when he decided is would be funny to draw a beard/mustache combo on her while she slept.

"Well I couldn't grow my own so I decided to make it." Luffy smiled again as if what he had just said wasn't weird at all.

"...Why?" He usually wouldn't ask because buying into Luffy's schemes almost always spelled trouble but this was just a little too strange to ignore.

"Because all real men have chest hair," he stated matter-of-factly, staring at Zoro like he was the worlds biggest idiot.

"And where did you hear that?" He knew the answer before he even asked the question.

"Sanji, of course!"

Zoro sighed. Leave it to the shitty-cook to put ideas in the overactive captain's head...

"Don't worry Zoro, I'll give you some too!" Luffy produced a marker from his pocket and scribbled a few curlicues on Zoro's chest before he could stop the boy. "Now we're both men!" Then, before Zoro could respond, Luffy grabbed Zoro's discarded shirt and ran off to the other end of the ship.


Later, when Zoro (sans shirt) entered the galley for lunch, he glared pointedly at Sanji. "Not a goddamned word, cook."

Sanji just snickered behind his hand.

lol I started cracking up when I thought of it. I can just picture Luffy with his face screwed in concentration while drawing little curls on his chest

I really want to see luffy with chest hair now... or zoro with scribbles on his chest.
thinking about it actually scares me quite a bit, but this was hilarious. XD
