One more time Zoro, Sanji
Nov. 17th, 2008 11:43 pmTitle: Unexpected
Rating: G
Word Count: 210
Pairing: I like ZoSan, but that doesn't really come out here. :( None
Topic: One More Time (Sanji's Left Eye)
A/N: Second post here! Whoohoo, two in one week!
Sometimes Zoro had to go so bad, he'd forget to turn the lights on in the bathroom. He didn't need the light – he had been on this ship long enough to know where everything in the bathroom was at least (though he still sometimes got confused in the kitchen). He left his swords right outside on the deck. Everyone else was asleep – he'd be back for them in a minute.
Well, it took longer than a minute, but that was ok. Not like anyone on this ship was going to steal his swords anyway. He was startled to hear the cook's voice outside on the deck, chatting amiably with... no one at all?
He peeked out the window curiously. The cook faced away from him, looking down at Zoro's swords, gesturing animatedly as he spoke to thin air. Zoro looked at him with bemusement until he caught some of Sanji's words.
“I know I've said it before, but I still don't understand why you stick around with that idiot, Kuina-chan!”
The door opened and shut with a thud and Sanji whirled around, startled.
“Who are you talking to?” Zoro demanded.
Sanji only looked at him in shock, uncovered face pale in the soft moonlight, left eye glowing blood-red.
