Zoro knew something was up when he passed Chopper exiting the kitchen in Heavy Point mode, muttering angrily to himself. Still, he blinked in surprise when he entered the kitchen and saw Sanji lying supine on the couch, staring up in wide eyed astonishment like he wasn't quite sure how the ceiling had gotten there.
But when he noticed Zoro, his expression abruptly changed. He smiled at the swordsmen, slow and seductive, and when his voice came out, it was husky, inviting.
“You want to help me out with this,” he asked, eyes filled with promise of forbidden pleasure as he sprawled out enticingly on the couch.
Zoro had actually started to move forward when he caught sight of Sanji's suddenly hopeful expression and came back to his senses. There were several rules on this ship that they just didn't break. They didn't waste food. They didn't steal Nami's mikans. And they did not untie Sanji when Chopper decided he needed to rest and recuperate whether he liked it or not.
“Sorry,” Zoro shook his head, grabbing a bottle of sake and heading to the door. “Better luck next time, lovecook.”
“Bastard! Idiot!” The cook shouted at his retreating back as he struggled to get loose from the unbreakable ropes that held him (in a very comfortable and healthful position) on the couch.
“At least come back here and turn off my stove!”

Date: 2008-11-20 05:13 pm (UTC)Also wanted to share that in medical terminology 'prone' means laying face down. 'Supine' would be face up. I know you meant the definition of that word that means volunerable (as in 'prone to anger').
But for one moment I couldn't figure out how he could be face down and looking at ceiling tile...because I am apparently a dumbass.
