Marchen Time was made of crack and win! I liked Obachan Time too, but Marchen Time is a favorite. We mortals can only stand in awe of God-Oda's talent.

At any rate, I think Oda agree's that Sanji would make an interesting woman.

As far as I know, nobody's ever written woman!Sanji. It's an interesting thought. "Definitely a girl with unnoticed lesbian tendencies." That about sums it up, doesn't it? He wouldn't change at all, he'd just have a different body. Brook would ask to see his panties though, and Franky would say, "SUPER!" whenever he wore a bathing suit. Which would lead Sanji to kicking them in the faces.
