"You've never said 'no' before," Zoro demanded.
"We've never been out of condoms before, you idiot marimo! What happens if someone gets pregnant, huh?!"
"Go ahead and give birth, I'll take responsibility."
"WHO SAYS I'D BE THE ONE GETTING PREGNANT?" the cook roared.
"Sanji. Men don't get pregnant," Chopper pointed out from across the table.
"...oh yeah."

Zoro grinned gleefully. "So it's a 'yes'?" he asked.
Sanji shrugged. "Whatever, idiot. Just let me finish dinner first."

Zoro let out a low grunt of pain, blinded for a moment by the sweat in his eyes. Sanji swooped in to the rescue, gently towelling his forehead dry. "Just a little more, Zoro," he said. "You're doing great."

The silence was finally broken by the sound of infantile wails and Dr.Chopper's cry of, "congratulations, it's a girl!"

Sanji held the tiny baby in his arms while Zoro gasped for breath. "Why, hello there, my little mini-melorine!" he cooed delightedly. "I'm your Daddy. Come here, Cupcake, let's meet your Mommy, okay?" he handed the baby to Zoro.

Zoro stared at the child -his child- not knowing what to say. "I'll name you...Kuina," he breathed and kissed his firstborn's forehead.

Zoro shot out of bed with a startled yelp. He checked himself wildly. No swollen belly, no maternity clothes... no babies.
He sighed, relieved.
 
"Whussamatter?" Sanji yawned, rubbing his eyes.
"Just a nightmare. Go back to sleep."

Zoro leaned back into bed as Sanji obediently snuggled into his chest.
"Fucking weirdest nightmare I ever had," he mumbled sleepily.

Still, he'd be getting those damned condoms first thing tomorrow morning.
