“Zoro? Did…Did I just hurt you?”

Usopp was could not believe what he was hearing.
“I’ve seen you almost die and you never made any kind of indication it hurt.”
“A different state of mind.”
“Oh.”
A beat for comprehension before the sniper nipped at the bite and began sucking.
“OI! What are you doing? ”
“And what did you say to that?” Chopper asked the next morning as he treated a monster bruise across Zoros neck and chest.
“Well it was so unexpected that he was human…”
“He told me he just wanted some visual proof.” Zoro added Chopper finished applying the ointment.
“By beating you up?”
“I think he wanted to give me a hickey.”
“A hickey!? THIS?!”
“Once I saw it was possible for him to be vulnerable…I got a little carried away…Sorry Zoro.”
