Another late champ entry

"Well that was disappointing. At least you know among the two of you, you're the champion."
Zoro panted to himself at the exertion and didn't bother looking to the voice behind him. It would only piss him off more if he suddenly could move as he pleased. Instead he looked down to the sliced and bloody figure of the cook.
Of course what the feathered freak was saying was utter shit. Champion? It hadn't even been a real fight!
He had to hand it to Sanji. Somehow the love cook had known immediately he was being controlled...had even blocked the attack Zoro had launched at him out of nowhere with ease. What the cook didn't do though was counterattack.
"What do you think you're doing, shit cook? You're going to die if you don't kill me." He had bitten out, more pissed at himself for letting the Shichibukai get the drop on him and use him to attack nakama than anything else.
Sanji had looked down right amused at that despite sporting a rather painful looking slice up the inseam of his left leg.
"Pfttt...You don't want me to point out how ridiculous that is Marimo. If anything the opposite is true." At Zoros' confused look, a leg came up and slammed him right in the chest. It hadn't been even half force but it had driven the point home.
That was such a simple kick, one usually blocked on pure instinct alone these days that Sanji didn't even use it sparing anymore, and yet the guy controlling him didn't know the cooks moves or way of fighting. He really didn't know Zoros' either actually. Now that he was paying attention he could see what the cook had found so funny...his swordwork was all over the place, down right laughable.
If Sanji wasn't careful he might just accidentally kill Zoro since he couldn't count on him blocking them effectively. If that happened he would be alone and the Shichibukai would just use HIM to attack their nakama or even make him kill himself.
Sanji laid in a pool of blood now and Zoro could only grimly accept the cooks decision to take the powerful undisciplined attacks one after another. That didn't make the guilt and anger at the situation lessen one bit. The stillness of the cook covered in blood he put there was invoking a clenching in his heart worse than any nightmare.
"Let's go see who we can have you kill next..."
Zoro grimaced as his hands sheathed his swords without properly cleaning the cooks blood off them. His legs turned and he found himself trailing behind the pink bastard.
The swordsman didn't say anything a moment or two later when a blur flew past him to send the feathered man to the ground in a ferocious kick to the head. Then another and another. Again and again until there was no movement. Sanji squatted hesitantly and checked the mans pulse. Satisfied he stood.
Zoro was pointedly looking away as he now cleaned his blades properly. Of course Zoro knew Sanji wouldn't be killed so easily, something the one controlling him clearly didn't. He still felt shaken though at how real it had seemed.
"Were you worried, Marimo?" Came the smirk even as he placed the white butt of a cigarette to his bloody split lip before lighting it.
"You didn't have to be so damn convincing..."
"Hnnn..." The cooked flicked some ash on the mans body below him as he thought about it. "Sorry, then."
"Let's just find the others...Chopper at least." Zoro grumbled.
He really didn't want to hear an apology from him. Not now, not after what he had just let his swords do. There was a heavy silence as he debated how to give some kind of apology back to the cook. Unfortunately Sanji seemed to notice and cut him off.
"You better not think you won, like that asshole said. Champion? I don't consider that a fight between us at all. There wasn't even a hint of you in it so you deserve absolutely no credit for the outcome, good or bad." He looked at Zoro pointedly. "Right?"
A smirk then as the swordsman understood.
"Right."
