Title: To Catch a Phoenix

Characters:  Ace/Marco

Prompt: Alluring
Notes: Ace trying to get the stoic first division commander Marco in bed. Hilarity insues. There's more, but those parts aren't finished yet :/

 

It had to work, just…. Had to work. From what Thatch told him, this was one of Marco’s weaknesses. And to be truthful, he was pulling it off really well. Ace shifted a hand through his hair one last time as he heard Marco speaking quietly to Thatch before walking into his cabin. He shut the door and was walking over toward the small dresser when he looked up, and noticed that his room had another occupant.

 

“About time, I’ve been waiting here aaaall night for you commander,” Ace purred, sliding from where he was lounging on Marco’s bunk. The older man’s eyes widened slightly as he watched Ace, eyes falling to the sheath of black satin that clung from Ace’s body, from chest down to his ankles. It was split up the left side to mid-thigh, exposing a length of tanned flesh through fishnets attached to garters. Even black gloves covered his arms till just past his elbows. He blinked as he watched Ace walked, no, prowled towards him, hips swaying as he still managed that feline grace of his in… were those stiletto heels?

 

And then, in a flash of blue flame, Marco was out the door, leaving Ace with a blank look before curiosity set in. He stepped out into the hallway, looking around but seeing no sign of Marco.

“Well, fuck I thought I was doing alright,” Ace muttered, scratching his head and wondering what the hell he did wrong.

“Huh,” was all Thatch had to say, looking over Ace out of the corner of his eye.

 

Marco, on the other hand, settled into the crow’s nest, glad that it was between watches and there was no one there to watch him try to stymie the massive nosebleed he had.
